If your bubble eye is floating on it's back and not able to turn itself around, this usually means that it's swim bladder disease.
You may be able to help your fish by feeding it some cooked de-shelled and cooled peas with a very small granule of epsom salt inside once a day for 3 days (about 2 to 3 peas per day)
