Pugs can continue to have discharge for up to 8 to 10 weeks after giving birth. It will be dark brown in color and not smell particularly bad.
If your dog is acting normally and eating well it is probably fine, however if the discharge is red or the dog is showing any sign of discomfort you should go to the vet.
