Depending upon how severe the cramps are and if you are having any bleeding, you might want to talk to your OB. There is a medical term for some of those craps and it is called braxton hicks. The cramps are similar to the cramps you have when you go into labor. You are probably not in laor but it would be wise to tell your OB that you are havign these cramps. Do not hide anything from them.
