Yes and no. The OBGYN applies a thick medicine (looks like peanutbutter) on your open biopsy sites after the procedure is done to reduce bleeding and infection. What you are seeing when you use the bathroom or on your underwear is that medicine coming out. It should take a few days and will be a dark brown/greenish color. Sometimes there can be a little bit of blood or what looks like wet paper in the discharge as well, which is equivalent to a scab falling off.
