If it's been thawed (raw) the entire week, I would say no.
If it was raw for a couple of days before you froze it, you should thaw it and cook immediately. If you froze it right away, I would say you have 3 days tops to cook it.
After a week though, you should notice an off smell and/or color.

It is not recommended to eat any foods that have been frozen, thawed and refrozen. You can, however, thaw food, cook it, and then freeze it.
How long it will last will depend upon how good it was when frozen and how it was thawed. If it was thawed at room temperature, it should be cooked immediately. If it wasn't fresh when frozen, it should be cooked immediately. If it was very fresh when frozen and was thawed in the fridge, then you should have at least a couple days to cook it.
If the chicken is just-thawed and hasn't been sitting around for a week, it could be refrozen - but the quality will be diminished. It may be better to cook it, then freeze it.
