Raw pancakes are a mixture of eggs, flour, milk/water and seasoning.It doesn't taste good but as long as the egg doesn't have listeria or salmonella then it's ok.
If you mean part- cooked pancakes then the same I guess.

∙ 14y agoIf the batter contains eggs, it's unadvisable to eat pancakes that aren't cooked all the way. However, it usually won't kill you--it just doesn't taste very good. Try putting the raw pancakes in the microwave for a few seconds next time.
