If you don't have your period yet, you cannot get pregnant. I suggest not taking birth control until you have had it for a few years. If you haven't had it yet you are way too young to take it and it could damage your body's growth.

Yes it is OK to stop the pill any time that you want. By stopping the pill you will be able to become pregnant.
