No, you should never give any animal medication that is meant for a human. Cats in particular are very sensitive to Tylenol and other pain relievers meant for humans and one pill can be enough to cause a fatal stomach ulcer that kills the cat.
In addition, codeine is a controlled substance, so giving it to your cat (off label) is illegal.

Tylonol 3 and 4 have 300 mg of Tylonol while percocet has 350 Total amount of tylonol conumption would only be 650 mg the same as an extra stength tylonol. So if you take one Tylonol 3 or 4 and one Percocet this would be all right. I would check with a doctor before taking this much medicine unless you are use to it.There are people who are on Oxycontin, which contains oxycodone (the same as Percocet) who take tylonol 3 or 4 as a break through pain. These people also will take these medicines together if authorized by their doctor to do so.
