Yes, it's okay to wear a tampon without a pad or a liner as back-up.
As long as you know when to change your tampon to prevent leaks it's fine, but DO NOT use a higher absorbency in order to attempt to prevent leaking as this increases TSS risk. After some time using tampons you will know your flow pattern well enough to know what absorbency to use and for how long.
uhm well its not extremly bad if ur light but if its heavy i wuld suggest to like have a backup just incase.
Not necessarily, Those can be used for beginning girls and as extra protection during periods (Some people wear a tampon and use a liner under as extra protection)
You need to weAR A tampon. Or if your not sure if a tampon will protect you fully, wear a panty liner.
I dont know how many times other women change theirs, but i personally change mine every hour or so when i change my tampon... I only keep a pantie liner in as extra protection from blood leakage, but still change it as i change the tampon...
No you cannot, because the pool would leak and not work properly without the liner.
well its not exactly dry u have to wear a tampon with a panty liner to prevent leakage where ever you heard it its prob a idiom!!
Preventing stains while on your period can prove to be a bit difficult without proper menstrual knowledge. When using a pad, you need to change it on your heaviest days once every hour or two. When using a tampon, change it every two to three hours on your heaviest days (sometimes more often depending on the amount of blood). A menstrual cup will hold a lot more blood than either a pad or a tampon and is overall much safer than a tampon with no risk of Toxic Shock Syndrome (which is caused by the massive amount of chemicals in tampons). For extra protection regardless of what you use, get a panty liner.
If you are male, you probably don't need to wear underwear and spandex at the same time; just wear spandex shorts. If you are female, you can wear a thong, particularly if you need to have a panty liner or tampon in.
When a girl gets her period, blood comes from her vagina and she gets a bloated uterus, plus terrible cramps. When girls get their period, she must wear a tampon, or a pad. A pad is a liner that you put in your underwear. A tampon is something that a girl puts into her vagina.
no, you need to drain the pool to get enough liner to pull over the top. You can try to glue a new piece to where it has pulled away but the weight of the water will most likely pull it apart and if not you will have a sag there sooner or later. When installing a new liner NEVER! trim the excess away without leaving 12 to 18 inches extra, water is heavy and the ground under the pool is sure to settle some. Some areas will stretch a lot and you will need to let it out and others will sag and you will need to take it up so plan for it. Most liners will have wrinkles in the bottom and that is where you will need to get your extra from, if not then a new liner may be necessary.
Don't worry just use a big tampon or panty liner
Yes
Yes! of course a girl can exercise on her period. If you/she does any type of swimming then a tampon will be in need while swimming. If your more athletic then a pad or panty liner is probably the most comfortablest.
