Unless the dog has some kind of gluten allergy, or is lactose intolerant and the bread had milk in it, though neither of those would kill the dog and might at worst need a trip to the vet if it was a very severe allergy, then Bread is fine for dogs, though a high calorie bread shouldn't be given to dogs that aren't given proper exercise to prevent the dog from gaining excessive weight.

Yes. I give my dogs bread. However, you need to be sure there are no nuts or oats in the bread. Some nuts can make them sick, or can possibly even be deadly to their digestive system.

Yes,according to me i am ok with the bread because I too feed my dog bread pieces and nothing is wrong with the dog ,but feediong on a regular basis is not encouraged.
