From experience, Yes! It is absolutely fine to dye your hair every 2 to 3 weeks. It does make you lose a little hair though because of the hair dye chemicals. I would preffer you to do it maybe once a moth maybe even 2 times a month. But If you need to dye it more then that it is fine, just cost money every time so yeah don't forget.
***TIP**: If you die your hair it usually on the direction's says leave in no longer then 30 to 45 minutes. It's best to leave it in longer because then the dye stays in longer i suggest leaving it in for an hour then you don't have to dye your hair every 3 to 2 weeks. I hope i could help. :)
