Likewise, if your intended is a true believer of the Mormon faith, it is important for him or her to marry a Mormon, so that his or her marriage can be sealed in the temple, and so that his or her children can be born in the covenant.
However, if neither of you place this kind of value on your respective religions then there is no problem at all.
