NO chlorox should not be touched by the skin!
Well,I'd say both because Chlorox and/or Green Mold can affect your life.Sometimes,when people put Chlorox in the pools,after then you swim into the pool and if you get white spots any part of your body,make a appointment with your doctor.Do NOT panic,because it is nothing serious.Ask your doctor for some medicine cream or whatsoever your doctor gives you.As you use it for a month,it should do the work.
