U need not do every day to gain muscle.Muscle gains when you give rest and supply nutrition for recovery post workout.
yes it is just a meal supplement with different vitamins and stuff. I am 14 and i drink slimfast (no I'm not fat). though do not drink this for all of your meals because it could be dangerous
Well it depends on when you drink it. If you are sick then it is okay to have Gatorade because it has electrolytes which is good for your body. It is also good to have it after (or during, just not that much) a workout because it replaces salts that your body lost in the workout. If you just drink it whenever, it has a lot of salt and sugar which is bad. To answer the question, it just depends on when you drink it.
Yes, it is best to work through it so your body moves forward, not backward. If you recover completely, you could be sore again the next time you work out. If you want to take it a bit easier, that is okay, but don't skip a workout completely.
Yes it is. After a hard workout your body needs to recover in order for it to build and repair muscle. However I do recommend that you take in a snack with protein and carbohydrates right after your workout. You need that additional protein to help your recovery process. It does not have to be heavy. In fact, many people recommend drinking a cup of chocolate milk because it has the right balance of protein and carbohydrates. Some other examples are crackers and cheese, fruits and nuts, yogurt, and nut butters.
