Yes...people do it all the time with no adverse effects to the mare or foal.
Depends, how many months. If its been six months its okay because its time to wean the foal. If its only two months then you might want to call your vet. They have a shot that makes them produce milk, it just depends on how old the foal is. And no it doesn't mean she is pregnant, she can still produce milk if she is pregnant and has a foal.
When the foal is born, for a while al he can do is lay there. After he gets settled, he will attempt to stand. Most of the time this takes several attempts. After that, he will try to take a few wobbly steps. This may take a few tries also. Then, he will find his motehr and nurse before laying back down to take another nap. Usually within a few hours to a day, he will be trotting, cantering and galloping alongside his mother. You can't do anything to help if a foal is being born. You just watch and wait and be patient. Just let the mother do her thing. If the mother looks like she is struggling keep calm and call the vet and keep her comfortable. And 1 more thing, keep an eye on the foal to make sure it's okay, if the sack doesn't break when the foal comes out of it's mother then rip it open to let the foal breath. That's about it and it'll be over in seconds.
Normally, the mares' udder will not fill up with milk until about 3 weeks before she delivers her foal. The udder will begin to swell during part of the day and go back down part of the day. Some mares will not develop milk until a day or so (or even hours) before foaling. If you have any concerns whatsoever, please call a vet. He or she may need to check to make sure both mare and foal are doing okay.

okay, i dont quite know what you mean, but if your meaning what are the male stages then, colt is a foal of the age from the day its born till the day its 3-4, a gelding is a male horse that has had its testicals castrated, and a stallion is a male horse the is sexually active from the age of four. :)
it would be okay
A mare can be safely bred again on her first heat after foaling, but most breeders wait until the second or even longer. If the mare's nutrition and veterinary care are very good and she is not ridden, it is okay to breed her but if she is under work it is probably best to wait. A pregnancy while a young foal is still suckling is a big drain on a mare and can cause the current foal to be weaned too young. Constant pregnancy also takes its toll on the mare's body and after three or four years of being pregnant all the time she may have a sway back and joint problems. However, this is likely to happen after she has many foals whether they are close together or not.
okay = オーケー (pronounced "okay")
