ok so ive been in the same position expect im with this kid everyday,he seems to like me alot and everyone tells me he talks about me alot...but the other day one of my girls asked him when he was gonna ask me out and he said he didnt know bcuz he has got off a really bad relationship where he had to tell his girl about evey moviment he did ...even tho im not like that its so weird bcuz he kindda tells me everything he does idk why lol how do i undersatd this kid

This means that he likes you, but doesn't want to be tied down. He wants to get with other girls, even though he likes you. he wants to be with you but doesn't want to date but to kiss hug say I love you but doesn't want to date that's called talking.
