Yeah I hit a manhole cover sticking a few inches out of the road at about 30 mph and my transmission busted open and all the fluid jsut pours right out
The cause is most likely electrical, with a possible chaffed wire, loose connector connection or loose ground wire leading to the engine, transmission or elsewhere.
If you hit a rock or something else in the road, you may damage your transmission pan. If you scrape it hard enough, you can cause a leak.

No. Something has to make contact with the primer or cause the primer to get really hot. Dropping or hitting a round, or throwing it into a fire can cause it ignite.
