YOU cant delete your account but Club Penguin can.
Simply email them and request it. However, your club penguin account MUST be either:
Not logged into AT-ALL (means you have not used it since you created it)
You have not played on this account for 90 days
You must NOT repeat NOT have any previous record of being reported.
