It's always possible to get pregnant, with or without PCOS. Medication is perscribed for a reason, and should be taken regularly, depending on what type of medication you are on it may be risky to go on and off of the medication. If you are on a birth control treatment it wouldn't be possible for you to get pregnant if you took your medication regularly before. Birth Control builds up in the blood stream, just like Metformin. With Metformin as a treatment you could possibly be pregnant. The only way to tell for sure is to go to your local clinic and get a blood test.
