Yes because they make like edible dye that is obviously OK to eat and that akes the ice cream look epic. but i recommend chrome colored ice cream.

Ice cream is not a color, so it is not possible to mix "ice cream coloured paint." The tint of the paint would depend on the sort of ice cream one wished to portray: pink for strawberry, green for mint, brown for chocolate, and so on.
