It all depends on the website and whether you have an anti-virus on your computer or not. but mostly, just to be safe, I wouldn't run programs like that. Once I searched "Dora" on Google, and I clicked it to enlarge it and more and more of that window kept poping up and if I closed one, they would just keep poping up so Be careful!
