It's not very healthy to lose weight too fast. Ok? What do you want to weigh? Take that number and multiply it by 10. That tells you how many calories you need to eat to weigh that much. Not very many calories, is it? That's the hard part about losing weight. You have to eat much less food. You've got to have lots of will-power to lose 20 pounds in two months.
Yes it is possible, but 50 pounds in 3 months is not advisable (too much).
Yes you can
Yes it is possible, but you have to be very dedicated and watch what you eat and do cardio normally.
Yes by eating healthy
Yes you could. It would take exercise and most likely a change in your diet. On average you need to burn 3500 cals. to loose one pound of fat. To loose 20 pounds in two months you need to loose 2.5 pounds a week which would be 8750 cals a week. To loose that much weight you would need to burn 1250 cals a day through exercise and a reduced caloric intake. Most people need 2000 calories a day for basis body function therefore if you reduce you caloric intake to 1500 calories and exercise to burn 750 calories a day you could very easily loose that 20 pounds in 2 months. Focus on fruits and vegetables, smaller portions and count all of you calories. Just stay motivated and in two months you will see a difference
Yes, it is possible, but the amount of weight you lose depends greatly on your current physical condition, the amount of exercise you do per day, and your diet. With a healthy diet, and a rigorous training regimen, it should be possible to lose 15 lbs in four months.
