I'm sure it can be done and I would go to a place that bends their own pipes and have a custom system made.
Long tube headers and a good catback exhaust. get magnaflow or a flowmaster
The old exhaust manifold will need to be removed. The new headers will either have to be made to fit the engine well, or the inner fenders will have to be modified to fit. Then the headers will need to be either mated to the old exhaust or a new exhaust system will need to be installed. In a v8 engine installation most people prefer a dual exhaust to maximize the headers capability.
new headers and exhaust can improve it by at least a hundred horse power
Add exhaust headers, get a performance camshaft, or buy an Edelbrock fuel pump
From what I've seen most people are running Pacesetter headers, with either Magnaflow or Borla exhaust/mufflers. Some also use Flowmaster exhaust/ mufflers but from what I've heard the Flowmaster doesn't sound too hot on a v6 Camaro as far as the "Flowmaster" sound.
Best is headers, delete the cat, and after market exhaust. After that look into building the motor up
Don't buy slip fit headers. If you are going to spend the money, spend it right. Slip fit will give you a big headache, no matter who installs them. They will leak like a sive and drive you crazy. I recommend that you get hooker headers.
easiest way is to slap on a set of cheap headers and dual exhaust pipes
there are some good headers and exhaust out there like a flowmaster for the 200o will give a extra 25 horsepower for 400 bucks and headers will give about twice that cold air intake, high flow cat, pulley system, headers, exhaust. also aluminum driveshaft will reduce weight and allow more power to the wheels and better rear gears will help get more power to the ground.
Yes.
Yes. I think that Hooker headers makes a kit with moun ts, headers, and frame reinforcements.
intake manifold and headers or replace with 350
