Call a Parts Store and ask them to look up a belt for your vehicle with or with out A/C Some cars you can and some you Cannot!
There are three 13mm bolts on the front of the compressor and one 10mm bolt on the back. the rest is recovering the froen, taking the lines off, there is a plug on the back of the compressor.
It is possible the air compressor is bad. You will need to replace the air compressor, so the air will work again.

it is the clutch that turns on the compressor or the compressor it self. if the a/c works good i would think it is just the clutch. it is possible to replace just the clutch but it is pretty hard to get it off. you should buy the new part and you will see it has clips on the inside you have to pull off this center part first just to get to the clips. good luck!

It is possible to replace the air conditioner clutch without replacing the entire compressor if you can find somewhere that sells just the clutch assembly and can get the appropriate tool to remove the pulley to get to the clutch. Try buying a repair manual and looking in there.
