Yes. Only if you use a damp washcloth right after it happened.
Wipe the surface with perfume cologne or body spray.
You can try lighter fluid. Like the Zippo cigarette lighter fluid. This product is good for removing many things. Not sure if it will take off permanent marker but it is worth a try. use nail polish remover, i find it is the best thing.
product called goof-off can be bought in home depot lowes or any hardware store
This will sound funny but, bug spray.. spray it on the area and wash the blanket. That should take it right out. Good luck.
gentilly take a small amount of stool and rub it on, it takes the stain right out! Good luck!
I would try fingernail polish remover. That will take permanent marker off of almost anything.

Just wait a while and keep on washing your hands. The dead skin cells on your hands will come off and take the permanent marker with them. What does this have to do with cars and vehicles anyway?
Use alcohol. Rubbing alcohol might work, but denatured alcohol from the hardware store is better. Dampen a cloth wrapped around your finger with it and rub. Keep changing to a fresh spot on the cloth, and re-dampen it with the alcohol. It may take a few minutes, but that should get it all out.
Use permanent marker. Or if you are trying to make lines to divide sections, you can use blue or black masking tape. Note: Even permanent marker isn't permanent on a white board. Most white board cleaners will take it off.
You'd be lucky if it was white, cause' then some bleach would take it right out.
I believe that nail polish remover would take it off the tile.
It depends entirely on what you've marked with the permanent marker. If it is material, then it will take quite a few washes before it comes out completely. If it is a side in a kitchen, it might take a cleaning product to get rid of it (sif is a good one to use). Hope this helps! if its on you it only lasts a couple of days if you constantly wash your hands....good luck ;)
