Second, lots of people get an email address anonymously - without including information such as a birth date. Third, there is no central database (registry) that stores ALL email addresses; there are separate lists of email addresses by provider (for example, one for GMail, one for GMX, one for Hotmail, etc.). Fourth, much of the information that IS registered is considered private, and even protected under privacy laws.
