It is racist to kill someone because of their race.
If, for instance, you were minding your own business and an armed group of three Black men and a White man tried to rob you, and you somehow killed all four, then that would likely just be self-defense.
However, if you mean more in a police context, and more men of one race are killed, and there is a pattern of this happening, then that would be suspicious and very well could be due to racism.

Everyone on Answers.com or even throughout the world does not assume white people in general are racist towards all black people.One may run into questions asking generalized statements but that does not represent the whole of a community no more than questions asking why black people are animals or why Jewish people are greedy.That there are racist people who ask these questions does not mean everyone agrees with them and to think so is only another form of generalization.

In a strange way I think its because the black boy is considered more masculine and better able to defend his white girlfriend. A white boy is not thought of as strong and tough as a black boy. Perhaps because a black boy usually has black friends that will back him up. A white boys friends wouldn't back him up. I'm not trying to be racist either. It's just human nature at this point in societies development.

Well, it WOULD be racist to have an "all-black school", but luckily there arent any! What you describe as "all-black" schools are known as HBCUs, or Historically Black Colleges and Universities. These schools are not "all-black", but are predominantly black because they were founded in the 1800s to give black students the chance to attend college at a time when they were not allowed admission to the major universities. Over the past few decades, more non-black students have been applying for admission, making these schools more diverse and not "all-black". But, since the population of these schools have historically been predominantly black, they are called HBCUs. If a school were founded today to be "historically black", or "all-black", that would definitely be racist, but that wont happen because the American education system has been desegregated.
