Without lab tests, no one can tell you that it is 'safe'. Five days is a long time to keep seafood refrigerated - raw or cooked. Use your senses to figure out if it has started to spoil. Using it will be up to you.

Unless it has been stored in a super-chill drawer near freezing, it might not be good. If it doesn't smell, look or feel like fresh chicken, don't use it.
