You should not drink milk after eating fish of a few particular species in a few particular months. Because in their breeding season their body chemicals change and there is a chemical present which reacts with milk and skin pigmentation problems do arise in human beings. In our part of the world (South Asia) these months are May, June, July and August when we should not eat fish. I had researched previously and found medical evidence as well.
To me, apparently nothing. I have been consuming milk, yogurt, cheese and fish for years . One day a colleague of mine, when I did it again during lunch time, was shocked. That was the first time I found out about so called rule. However, I kept eating the fish without even considering the "rule" and I still alive and without any visible or noticeable change in my health or appearance. So, I guess that this is just another myth.
