My family does a lot of cooking and then freezes it. so like Amy said as long as it has been cooked there is nothing wrong wth freezing it. just a couple months ago my mother baked ons of cookies and were going on a trip in a couple weeks. we gave some away but couldn't eat all of them, so wee froze them and are still now working eating them.
