It is always best to seek medical advice before taking a mixture of different medicines. Consult your local pharmacist, doctor or check with a medical advice line.
No it is not safe.
I hope so because I just did! Tramadol is classified as an analgesic, having both weak opioid properties and weak SNRI properties. Naltrexone will displace tramadol on the mu-2 opioid receptors, blocking pain relief through that pathway. However, studies have confirmed that the fast acting SNRI properties of tramadol will still provide significant pain relief compared to placebo when taken with an opiate antagonist such as naltrexone. Studies in myself have confirmed these findings. To the best of my knowledge, this is not a dangerous combination.
ALTHOUGH NALTREXONE IS AN OPIATE BLOCKER. CONSTANT USE OF THE DRUG WILL OVERRIDE THE NALTREXONE AND OVERDOSE IS POSSIBLE
We can use Naltrexone as maintainance treatments of addicts and to decrease craving in alcoholics.
simple answer.....never, if you're thinking naltrexone will get you high. If you mean "how long after you take the tablet, can you use an opioid and get the desired effect?" Then in that case, the naltrexone is in your system for 3 days, so on the 4th day on not taking naltrexone, you will get the effect from any opioid. I'm takin them ATM, but have only just started and am only taking half a tab per day, but I'm having bad side effects, so am trying to find out if by taking half, does that mean it's in my system for 1.5day (as a full tab lasts 3 days), but even my keyworkers don't know :( Hope that helps.
Yes you may take HCG since there is no interaction. That said, do not take appetite suppressants with Adderall since they are both stimulants.
can you iv adderall
depending on your mood, thinking about sex will intensify the effect while on this drug, makes it impossible to ejaculate unless your use to taking it
Adderall is known to have an interaction with acetaminophen. There are moderate interactions with buffered Aspirin and other aspirin products, Tylenol, and some forms of Alka-Seltzer like Extra Strength and Alka-Seltzer Plus. Adderall interacts with others as well. You should check with your primary care physician before taking anything.
There is no immediate interaction between them unless you have an allergy to either of the two.
Cocaine and Adderall are a dangerous combination with significant overlap of adverse events and mechanism of action. Cocaine use (alone, but especially in combination with Adderall) may lead to death.
If you are taking adderall for the first time, I advise starting with a lower dose. While this dose is safe, it is best to start with the lowest effective dose possible as you will eventually need to increase your dosing with prolonged use. Consult with your physician if you have any concerns. If you do not have this prescribed, do not take it if you have any heart conditions. Do not mix with caffeine or other stimulants.
