Never. That practice is held up in special Horror in the Torah, as an example of
the practices of the surrounding nations and tribes that were strictly forbidden
to the people of Israel for all times and all future generations.
To repeat: Never.
On a personal note: I admire you for openly posting the question, in a place
where you expected a truthful answer. And I urge you to go back and carefully
check out the person, book, rumor, pamphlet, or whatever planted that idea in
your mind. It is a dangerous lie.
Never. G-d commanded Abraham to sacrifice his son, Isaac, but this was only a test to prove his dedication, and G-d stopped him before he committed the act.
Germany was highly Christian and Hitler got people to hate Jews by saying that the Jews killed Jesus. Which , according to the Christian New Testament , is true.
They both come from Abraham's children, Jews are children of Issac and Arabs are children of Ismael.
I don't know if that's REALLY true. American Jews can send their children to Israel to be educated. It also makes little sense if the family is already living in the United States to send their children overseas to get the same religious Jewish education that they can typically get in their American communities. (Most religious Jews send their children to Jewish private schools.)

yes
Of course, Hassidic Jews emphasize the fact that they raise their children as Hassidic Jews, but in reality, there is significant intergenerational flow, with some children of Hassidic Jews departing for other streams of Judaism, and with some children of Liberal Jews joining more Orthodox streams. This seems typically human. There is a similar intergenerational flow between Christian denominations.
