So far as i know it is more like a rumor. Scientists have not found any related links between those who use aluminum deodorant and Breast cancer. I guess if they have found then all the aluminum deodorants will be banned from selling in stores. In my opinion, i believe it is more related to your family cancer history more than aluminum deodorant.
No, it is useful.
Aluminium oxide is usually common in deodorant, which scientists are trying to prove causes breast cancer. Yes, it is dangerous to your health.
No they don't cause breast cancer
It sinks into your skin
There is no conclusive evidence about the dangers or safety of using deodorants containing aluminum chloride while pregnant or breast feeding. However on the National Cancer Institute website they do state that the aluminum's, other metals and ingredients contained in deodorants do contribute and cause cancer. ( http:/www.cancer.gov/cancertopics/factsheet/risk/ap-deo ) Your skin absorbs 60% of what you put on it. So it is likely that you are absorbing these chemicals into your blood stream and passing them on into your breast milk.
Well, some deodorants do contain Triclosan, which by some is considered carcinogenous. But blaming cancer strictly on deodorants would be pretty much like blaming getting drunk on the last drink only.
I am not sure if I understand this question correctly, but this is how I interperate it. "Does deodorant cause a Mammogram not to be correct?" If so, yes, Deodorant gives a false reading on the mammogram. Deodorant looks like calcifications in the axilla ( arm pit area) that is why it is recommended that you do not wear deodorant and powder when you you have breast imaging.
Could be allergies to your bra or maybe deodorant. A doctor can help you with that.
Particles from these products can get on the breast or film holder and may look like abnormalities on the mammogram film.
Many stick deodorants will leave a white ring of residue in the armpits of clothes. To prevent this from happening make sure you get a 'clear' deodorant to reduce this risk. Some say that using stick deodorants also increase the risk of breast cancer.
breast exam should be done every three months, let your health be your priority check your deodorant if its contains alluminium ziconnium, it causes cancer and the nearest place to your armpit is the breast! Which result to breast cancer.
Antiperspirant and Breast CancerStudies show no relationship between the use of antiperspirants and deodorants and the development of breast cancer. However, there have also been some suggestions that a substance in antiperspirants can mimic estrogen in the body, which is a causative factor in certain types of breast cancer.AnswerThe above poster gave you good advice. I just wanted to add that instead of spending a fortune or taking any risks I use baking soda under my arms. There is no smell and any perspiration is absorbed. Baking soda is natural. You could put it in a talc bottle with tiny holes on the lid. If this doesn't appeal to you then go to a Natural Health Food Store that handles herbal underarm deodorants.
vaseline isn't harmful to your breasts, however, toothepaste has aluminum in it and that can help to cause cancer. i couldn't see why you would put toothepast on your nipples but. it may help to cause it
