Yes it is!
Only because myownverse.com is better.. clerly. and google+. FTW
Flash files are usually smaller than animated GIFs, because they don't store every single frame of an animation (usually, unless it is in fact a frame-by-frame Flash animation) and because they use vector art that requires only mathematical data defining parameters, rather than raster art that requires information for every last pixel. Raster images, sound, and video added to Flash can increase file size well over animated GIFs, though.
Nowhere, unless you animate the gifs yourself, but its hard to do. I only animate stick figure GIFs.
GIFs are limited to 256 colors, this is the reason why they turn out grainy. This is no limitation of the software, but of the GIF format. Please refer to the linked question for more details. One option would be to use PNG as an alternative, if you only care about transparency. If you look for animated GIF, then the choice is more difficult. GIMP and Irfanview (just simple operations on images) are alternatives to Photoshop.
Sadly, you can't. Google does not yet support animated pictures. If you upload an animated picture, it only displays the first slide.
You don't. You can only submit text in a review on fanfiction.net
there is this boy in Isabel's wish who doesn't speak till the end of the movie
No, she was only animated in some scenes.
yes there is difference between slide transition and slide animation. in slide transition there is only effect on slide but in slide animation there is only effect in text.
Meatspin.com is a decent site. 4chan and Loliruff only had threads which are pics and occasionally gifs
Now? I'm not exactly sure what it is your asking... FOX has exclusively aired animated programming on Sunday night for well over a decade & animated programming peppered w/ live action sitcoms for two and a half decades.Starting in the 2014-2015 Season, Sunday night will once again have live action sitcoms mixed in with the animated shows.
it has been animated, but there was only two episodes, though.
