I'm not 100% sure but i have a bright green parakeet and it tends to fight for a mate more than blue or lavendar colored birds. So in a way yes but in another way they are as friendly as the others.
There is nothing about parakeets' color that relates to their personality. It is how they are raised and tamed that matters!
yes and no one of my green parakeets killed one ather and if you only have one bird its friendlyer
A male parakeet has feet of a green, blue color. However, females have red feet.
There may be. But you might rather settle with a green parakeet that has a good personality then with a purple parakeet that does not let you near it.
the color of a parakeet barf are ussually green white gray white
Green cheeked parakeets are currently not endangered. Most likely because there is strong enough numbers and no hunting.
I dont believe it's because of the birds natural color. The behavior could just be because the birds simply dont get along, ya know wha i meannn?
that means it might be sick. If the parakeets usual poop is green that might not mean its sick. But if this is like, the first or second time that its had green poop go to a vet!
Of course they can. The color is just color. I have 8 parakeets in a huge cage 2 green ones 2 blue ones a lutino (all yellow) an albino (all white) and a lace wing that is blue and white and also a solid white with black tips on wings/head. They all get along great 5 boys and 3 girls.
not exactly, it is just the color
Well my green parakeet is always aggressive towards the blue parakeet. The green one is a girl and the blue is a boy. whenever the blue bird is eating food, the green one pushes it away and eats. sometimes the green bird pulls on the blue birds feathers as well. the green bird cannot lay eggs, so it isn't that. i don't know what it is.
because the plant will give the parakeet a view of wear it used to live helps with the birds breathing and helps make a more cozy home for it
