I'm also only 14, so i have a lot of stress but i don't have cancer and no one i know has gotten cancer from stress.AnswerIt won't help... or stop it occurring ...and definitely will not help if you have cancer. Being positive about the outcome will get you half way there. I know.. stayed positive and I was cured..had my 5 clear years and hope for many more.
