i dont care but i think you can
Yes. If you have one with no keys, simply remove the passenger side door lock and take it to your local locksmith who can make a key from the 4 digit code stamped into it, for less than $25. That, or risk destroying the ignition switch trying to get it out of the dash with no key. Door lock easy, dash ignition switch with no key--very difficult.
It all depends on what kind of lock. It could be a lock in a canal, a door lock, an ignition lock on a vehicle, a lock of hair, a padlock, or any of many kinds of locks.
The key code for an ignition key is different for each make and model of car. The thing to do is contact the dealership or a locksmith to find the correct key code for the make and model of the vehicle in question.
It is probably a bad power lock actuator. it is inside the door, before removing it make sure that when the button is pressed there is power to the wire connector, if not check for cracked or broken wires leading into the door.
Turn your ignition key backwards to put your auxiliary power on. Make sure all your windows are up, and then get out and hit the LOCK DOOR button a few times to lock all your doors. Now shut your driver-side door and go to your passenger door. Use your key to open the door, BUT when you turn to unlock it, turn it a few times. Now get in and try to start it. Let me know if that works 807-597-6178 Brian

OK, I'm assuming you can lock/unlock the doors with the door pins. If so, you will need to pull one of the door lock cylinders (preferably the passenger door because it gets used less) and take it too a locksmith and have him make a key to fit it.
Take te child lock off of the door
The door lock actuator is going bad.

One should pry the lock switch from the door panel and unplug the wiring. Then plug the new lock switch to the wiring and push the button to make sure it works. Put the new lock into door panel
Make sure the window lock button is not ON. Simple, I know. But I dissected the passenger door before I figured this out.
