you can either fry them or boil them to fry them, turn the stove on med and add oil and just put the veggies on a frying pan and fry them on the stove for 5 to 10 minutes. if there frozen, 10 to 15 minutes. to boil them, turn on the stove on hi and just add water and boil it in a pot for 15 minutes. drain them with a strainer. adding salt is optional weather your frying them or boiling them.
