It is not "normal" for any breed of dog to wet itself while sleeping.
If this situation happens while the dog is sleeping, it needs to be examined by a vet.
If the dog soils it's bed and isn't asleep, there could be many reasons for the behavior ranging from:
being left alone too long, it could be marking territory, the dog has a urinary tract infection, the dog is very submissive, the dog has urinary incontinence.
