It depends on your expectations for the car and repairs/replacements that have already been done on it. I wouldn't expect it to last past 200,000 miles, and if certain things like the water pump, timing belt, hoses, Power Steering components, etc. haven't been replaced then its probably going to be more headaches than its worth for the < 2 years you'll probably have it.
What is wrong with it?
personally i wouldn't get it because a few weeks ago i bought a 2001 Chevy impala with only 113656 miles on it so for a 2002 dat it extremely 2 much miles on it
Go to nada.com and select used cars.
Yes it is definitely worth buying. I have one with 146,500 miles that is still running strong. Subaru's are great cars which is why I just bought a new one, so I now have two.
maybe
The extended auto warranty is worth buying for a 2004 Mazda Tribute with 55,000. Most extended guaranties cover the vehicle up to 100,000 miles.
no the engine or tranmision will give out soon
It depends on what model Impala, the mileage, options, and most importantly the condition. A base Impala with 100,000 miles, no moonroof, and cloth seats is worth retail around $5,500. But on the other hand an LS Impala with moonroof, leather, and around 100,000 miles would be worth $7,000 retail. If you got a low mileage Impala (Under 100k) that is in great condition you did not get ripped off. You did not get a bargain, but then again you have a good car at a fair retail price. Also depends, if you got a warranty. That is worth something. Go to the link I will post and see exactly what it is worth based on all pertinent information, but remember that condition is the most important thing.
i have a 1996 Chevy suburban with 226,000 miles on it and it runs great so you make that decision
If you get it real cheap ;yes, it is worth the gamble. mine has 165000 i got it back in 02' what is there asking price
$31,000
6000.00
