Depends on the veichle and how much it is worth. Lets say that a fuel pump in a brand new gave out, it would be worth replacing. Now on an old clunker, its probably not worth replacing.
It is a very collectible car. What it is worth depends on some factors. Is is all original, does it have the original engine and transmission, and most of all is what condition is it in. It can be worth up to $22,000.

Take your car to a repair shop and have them diagnosis the problem. If you read and paid attention to the first sentence it will save you money. Yes, some parts houses will tell you what the code is to sell you parts but that does NOT mean that is what is needed to repair the problem. It could be as simple as a vacuum leak. The price of the diagnostics is worth getting it right the first time.
$11,500 to $12,000
