well it depends on what country you are in. But in my eyes you are still a child and are too young for sex, but if you wish to go ahead with it remember to use a condom and the 'pull out' method DOES NOT WORK.

You are way too young period! If you wish to have sex, tell your parents of your desire. If you are ready to have children and feel you are done with childhood, let them know. Sex creates babies, no matter what. No Birth Control is 100%. If you think you have had enough childhood, and you have the money to support the child fine. If you are convinced this guy is ready also, and will help raise the child great! The idea that you are ready to play adult means to have to be ready to have a baby. The problem is that some say it is your right to do so. They are somewhat correct, but should mention you also have responsibilities. Children and taking care of any disease are two of them.

Do you know your partner very well? If you have gone out for a few years and know him well enough, good luck! I have yet to meet a 16 year old that was ready. Most want to have some childhood yet. You have not even driven a car!

nope it doesnt matter how old you are. Sex is normal for anybody who is willing to have it. Or it dont have to be sex any kind of sexual stuff is fine, as long as you respect who you are doing it with.

There's condoms and birth control but that doesn't keep you safe from some of the STDs. The only way to really be safe is to WAIT until your married like a good little boy/girl to someone else that's waited.

It's also not legal to have sex at 15 in most states. You have not yet reached the age of consent.
