Best Answer

Autotrophs because it is the Plants kingdom.

Plants make their own food and that is what autotrophs mean.

Own food makers.

...

Although, there are plants like the venus fly trap and the pitcher-something that eat insects...

...

However, they are mostly autotrophs.

Plants, for the most part, are autotrophic organisms. This means that they produce and use their own energy. Where does this energy come from? Well, it is supplied by the sun. Thus, the leaves of most plants absorb rays of sunlight and harness this light energy and convert it into useful chemical energy through the process of photosynthesis.
