Islam does not bind its followers in each and every petty matter of life. Islam sets certain parameters. Within those parameters certain things are halal, some are Makrooh (detesting, abhorant), certain things are against human nature which should be avoided, if no utterly Haram.
What is strange about such questions is human nature. Islam is based on human nature-that is very poise, beautiful, sophisticated, and refined. It has a lot to do with aesthetic sense. How can a man having aesthetic sense pollute his sacred mouth by licking such a filthy place? It is Satanic, Devilish, abhoring and detesting.
