Meat fat is saturated fat (at least red meat fat). Some say saturated fat is bad. Those are the "average" people. People like me (the "freaks" who are healthier than everyone else), say it is quit good. As long as you don't have to much. Fat is an essential building block in every single cell of our bodies! However, once you heat up any fat (no matter how good) to far, it becomes bad. So if you use beef fat or something to fry things at a very high tempature, it's probably bad. As long as it doesn't go far beyond 350, it should be fine.
personally i think that it is bad for you because it contains alot of fat.
It can be bad, leading to cancer, heart disease, fat, but it is good because it has a lot of protein in it.
It has good fat
The fat of n animal I think!
Because fat off meat makes you fat and makes you have an unhealthy diet. and red meat is bad for you when you eat to much of it
There are four types of fat- terrible fat, bad fat, good fat, and best fat. Trans fat= terrible Saturated fat= bad Monounsaturated= good Polyunsaturated= best
no it is not.. good meat must have its natural smell and not a bad smell..
It differs depending on the meat, different types of meat have more fat then others which the fat has the calories and is not at all good for you, also how healthy the meat is depend on how you prepare it.
'good fat' is in all the right places such as for a woman, breasts and butt. such as for a guy... not extra skinny but no love handles either. 'bad fat' is in all the WRONG places, such as belly, neck, legs, arms. love handles not wanted by most!
Seasoning meat is no more "bad for you" than eating the meat itself. If you're concerned about healthy eating, look for meat with a low percentage of fat, and go easy on the salt when seasoning.
Yes, because it has too much fat calories from the frying grease and meat that makes you fat.
bad, bad, BAD
