As far as I know yes! But I live in Canada. Methadone is something that patients can use to wean themselves off of a narcotic, and works well. But there are much better alternatives. One is Suboxone, It's something you can take that will relieve all your symptoms without taking an actual narcotic. In fact you take it for about a week and then stop, then bam your gtg, clean and all. With methadone, you'll feel every single dose drop, unless your at like 100mg and are only going down a mg at a time. Basically the higher the percentage of your dose is being removed the more uncomfortable you'll be.
