The milk direct from cow is homogeneous
homogeneous
Homogeneous Mixtures = of one or more substances (the solutes) dissolved in another substance (the solvent). Heterogeneous Mixture = mixtures with inconsistent, non-uniform composition. The parts of a heterogeneous composition can be mechanically separated from each other.
Milk in its natural state is inhomogeneous. It contains cream and other solids not evenly distributed. But Homogenized milk has the cream and other solids uniformly spread throughout the volume of the material.
Milk
Most kids who are allergic to cow's milk also react to goat's milk and sheep's calcium and other vital nutrients to replace what you were getting from dairy products.
It is not a good idea to feed a baby vole cow's milk. It may be able to live on goat milk, which has a different structure and can be tolerated by more types of animals than cow's milk can.
Homogenised milk is a homogeneous colloidal dispersion of the milk solids in the liquid milk. The colloidal particles are sized as per the requirements in high-speed colloidal mills. It is not a heterogeneous mixture.
Milk straight from the cow is a heterogeneous mixture with visibly various components, such as the fat the floats to the top. However, the milk you buy from a grocery store is "homogenized" meaning the fat has been whipped into smaller particles, and evenly distributed throughout the milk so the milk then becomes homogeneous.

Of course I want milk, who doesn't like milk?

If milk is free, someone else is paying for it. Probably the taxpayer. So the taxpayer is paying the owner of the cow for the milk. If you have to pay for milk you are paying the owner of the cow direct (ir through the owners milk supply company). In neither case do you need to buy a cow.
A calf would drink the milk direct from a cows udder, or it can be fed the milk from a bottle, but you can not put the milk back into the udder.
Vegetarians, opposed to vegans, include dairy in ther diet because milk is not obtained through direct animals slaughter. Milk is a by-product from the cow, that did not make the cow suffer directly to be obtained.
