As of the newest forge, no.
Use minecraft forge or modloader so that the mods are compatible.
If your taking about minecraft "Forge mod loader" than no. the only thing it does is let you install mods quickly and efficiently.
If the portal mod is not compatible with the Mo'Creeps and weirdos mod you can install Forge API to make them compatible.
I don't really know but you might need a mod-loader or mabye see tutorials on how to get the pixelmon mod without the mod-loader.So really im not an expert
Just search in google 'Minecraft mod downloader'
you have to downlaod a mod seach for a mod loader and the mod its self
Unless you installed it using Forge mod Loader the only way to uninstall a mod is to delete your .minecraft folder and start minecraft to get a fresh install.if you had forge mod loader just deleting the mods .zip file usually uninstalls the modi recommend backing up your .minecraft folder before any changes are made.uninstalling and installing mods. simply by copying the .minecraft folder to a new directory.that way your saves are always safe. and you can revert at any time without wasting time reinstalling mods over and over.
Minecraft Forge is a modding API which means people can build their mods around it much more easily than starting from scratch. The Forge API also includes things like ChickenChunks, a chunkloader program that can be used by any mod that is compatible with Forge.
search it in the forums :)
No. I use that mod and I don't have mod loader.
install forge and there will be a mod list
To install Forge Mod Loader you install it like a normal mod, either manually of with an installer (I recommend MCPatcher) You can find manual installation instructions all over the internet
