PCV Valve is located on the Right Valve Cover.
With the 4.6 liter Triton, 2001, so long as the donor vehicle has the same transmission. With the 5.4 Triton, 1997, and you'll have the same constraints. This is assuming that, when you mean "without changes", you include reflashing the ECM in those changes.

F150 lighning's have a supercharged 5.4L motor, regular F150's do not, unless there is aftermarket work done. Non-supercharged 5.4's can be converted to supercharged, but there is quite a bit of work involved.
