Yes, it requires at least a 20 gallon tank when full grown, a water temperature between 64 and 72 degrees, weekly or biweekly water changes, a good staple goldfish flake with not too much protein (>40%) content, and everything else a fish generally needs, including attention. If you want to keep 2 orandas, at least a 30g tank would be required.
